Our customer service record both on and off eBay remains at 100%. That's an impossible record to sustain forever, but we'll at least be doing our part. Check our testimonials, and we have hundreds more! Another impressive record is that we've yet to have a part returned defective. That's because we've been doing this so long that we've weeded out manufacturers that aren't up to our standards. We have a few remanufactured parts such as marine carbs that are out of production, but not just plain rebuilt stuff. We don't even sell kits for carbs, rebuilt clutches-none of it. We offer quality you can depend on, and on the water that seems very important! Maybe that's why the U.S. Navy is a repeat customer.
